With a PhD in Computer Sciences, Yann has 30 years of experience in System and Software Engineering and a strong expertise in Digital Innovation, Agile Adoption and Organizational Transformation.
Through his career, he has been involved in large software development projects and process improvement programs in Europe, Australia and Asia.
As the Innovation Manager of Thales ATM, he led the rejuvenation program of the Air Traffic Management product line and initiated the technical and cultural migration of the Product & Development department. This program received the Australia and New Zealand innovation award in 2008.
In Asia for more than 10 years, Yann has been a consultant, providing coaching and strategic advises to enable and improve business agility and innovation in various industries including Finance, Transport, Retail and Health Care.
Esther is a jack-of-all-trades. She holds several, essential roles in why innovation! As the Personal Assistant to the Managing Director, she handles his busy schedule, ensuring that meetings and trainings are managed properly. As the Human Resource manager, Esther’s roles extends to the entirety of why innovation! She helps drive and implement organisational change, overlooks company welfare, new employee onboarding as well as staying updated on government policy changes and much more.
An essential staff, Esther coordinates all of why innovation! consultants' work, including their robust training schedules, licenses for the myriad of tools they need to do their work and not forgetting the company-wide gatherings and events to keep up morale.
A fun, bubbly and helpful professional, Esther is highly valued by her colleagues. She is independent in her work and is also a reliable individual who is always ready to help her colleagues out.
Hemanth is a seasoned IT Consultant/Delivery leader/Trainer/Agile coach with a 27-year-career spanning Singapore, US and India while serving clients globally. He holds Master’s Degrees from both Stanford as well as Clemson University in the fields of Management Science and Computer Science respectively.
During the past decade, Hemanth has held the roles of Head of Program Management, Delivery Director and an Enterprise Agile Coach. He has coached and transformed international teams focusing on Organizational changes, Digital workforce transformations, and Agile/DevOps adoption and scaling.
He has a track record of leading, coaching and transforming complex programs across various industries including Public Sector, BFSI, Consumer/Retail, Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering. His key clients include the HDB, Town Councils and the leading local banks of Singapore (Currently UOB), Dept. of Zakat & Income Tax (DZIT) Saudi Arabia, Zurich/Farmers Insurance, Lloyds Bank, Citibank, British American Tobacco (BAT), The TJX Group of Companies and Rolls Royce Power Systems.
Kenneth's career can be described as a myriad of experiences. Starting as a factory worker, then a software engineer to an Agile Coach, these different experiences helps him bring a different perspective in his coaching role. From working with the country head up to coaching the most junior engineer, he finds the role to be fulfilling.
Kenneth graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering anda Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Education. He believes in the simplistic, pragmatic and empirical approach in enterprise topics.
He is a certified SAFe Program Consultant, PSM-1 and a Registered Scrum@Scale Practitioner. He is also an active member of an agile community in this region. In his free time, he enjoys cycling and window shopping
