Paul has over 20 years’ experience in a number of commercial leadership and product management roles. He has spent his career developing and commercialising new products, using strategic thinking techniques, change management, Design Thinking, and Agile practices.
Paul has always been at the forefront of technology and change. From introducing a new audit platform at the very start of his career to developing the analytics capability of a global supply change risk management platform.
As a result, he is passionate about coaching teams and businesses to always think about the “art of the possible” and challenging the status quo.

As a SPC – SAFe® Professional Consultant, he is allowed to facilitate SAFe® official courses and events. An active Agile Community member and Agile Beer Meetup - organiser in Singapore.
Quang has more than 15 years experience in the Software Development industry. He has worked in eXtreme Programming, Scrum and Kanban environments with multiple Agile roles, from developer, scrum master, product owner, scaled agile product manager to agile coach.

Our roots go back to 2006. We were a provider of System and Software engineering improvement services under the banner of DNV IT Global Services (ITGS).
