She has worked with teams (large and small), providing them with the right direction to stay customer-focused, help them collaborate better and implement projects that deliver business value. As a coach, Kalyani has successfully mentored leaders to develop and lead high-performing teams.
Having lived and worked across regions - India, Italy, Singapore, Dubai and Hong Kong, helps her understand and appreciate how businesses think and work globally.
Laurent has a MSc in Software Engineering and a MSc in Entrepreneurship & Innovation, and 20 years of international experience in software engineering, digital transformation, and team coaching (in US, Europe and Singapore).
Laurent is passionate about innovation and entrepreneurship and is involved in the startup ecosystem in Europe and in Singapore, as well as mentor for start-up contests (Startup Weekend, Sprinters, …).

Arnold has 18 years of consulting experience in both traditional and agile way of working. As lead consultant, he ever provided services to more than 50 customers in China in industries such as banking, automotive, telecom, and outsourcing.
His expertise includes CMMI, ASPICE and Agile, with his recent experience focusing on Agile. He has coached agile transformation program for companies of different culture, such as state-owned companies, joint ventures and private companies (e.g. SGS, SFIT, HACN, SVW, Ideal).
As the first batch of SAFe consultants in China, Arnold has been delivering public and in-house training (e.g. Volvo, Roche, Bosch, Veoneer, CLO, Fuji Xerox) on different topics.

Our roots go back to 2006. We were a provider of System and Software engineering improvement services under the banner of DNV IT Global Services (ITGS). Agile software development was already a large part of our activity in Asia. As a result of an MBO in 2011, ITGS became inspearit.
