Paul has over 20 years’ experience in a number of commercial leadership and product management roles. He has spent his career developing and commercialising new products, using strategic thinking techniques, change management, Design Thinking, and Agile practices.
Paul has always been at the forefront of technology and change. From introducing a new audit platform at the very start of his career to developing the analytics capability of a global supply change risk management platform.
As a result, he is passionate about coaching teams and businesses to always think about the “art of the possible” and challenging the status quo.
With a background in learning and development, as well as organisational psychology, Paul works to create alignment across multidisciplinary and multicultural teams in order to accelerate delivery of business value.
Joy is a business development professional with over 20 years of experience. She leads the why innovation! sales teams in Singapore, Hong Kong and Shanghai to engage with clients in accelerating their Agile Transformation and Digital Innovation. She is passionate about helping the businesses achieve their goals.
She does not believe in one-size-fits-all or off-the-shelf consulting
services. Instead, Joy promotes to her clients a solution-based engagement.

Lam is a trained computer scientist from National University of Singapore and a graduate from Harvard Business School. In the last 15 years he has held various roles in IT & product development such as engineer, architect, chief technology officer, head of product development.
Lam has coached very international teams (US, Canada, UK, Ireland, India, Singapore, Hong Kong, Vietnam) to adopt Agile ways of working and to produce tangible results.
He has a track record in leading large-scale agile transformation programs in MNCs across banking, insurance, retail, real estate, aviation, and security industries (e.g.: Singapore Airlines, UOB, HSBC, Prudential, Symantec, DFS).
He is also delivering masterclass training courses in Agile Leadership, Professional Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Product Owners, and Kanban. His highly rated teaching style is known for being engaging, concise, practical, thought-provoking, and inspirational.
With a PhD in Computer Sciences, Yann has 30 years of experience in System and Software Engineering and a strong expertise in Digital Innovation, Agile Adoption and Organizational Transformation.
Through his career, he has been involved in large software development projects and process improvement programs in Europe, Australia and Asia.
As the Innovation Manager of Thales ATM, he led the rejuvenation program of the Air Traffic Management product line and initiated the technical and cultural migration of the Product & Development department. This program received the Australia and New Zealand innovation award in 2008.
In Asia for more than 10 years, Yann has been a consultant, providing coaching and strategic advises to enable and improve business agility and innovation in various industries including Finance, Transport, Retail and Health Care.
Our roots go back to 2006. We were a provider of System and Software engineering improvement services under the banner of DNV IT Global Services (ITGS). Agile software development was already a large part of our activity in Asia. As a result of an MBO in 2011, ITGS became inspearit.
