Paul has over 20 years’ experience in a number of commercial leadership and product management roles. He has spent his career developing and commercialising new products, using strategic thinking techniques, change management, Design Thinking, and Agile practices.
Paul has always been at the forefront of technology and change. From introducing a new audit platform at the very start of his career to developing the analytics capability of a global supply change risk management platform.
As a result, he is passionate about coaching teams and businesses to always think about the “art of the possible” and challenging the status quo.
With a background in learning and development, as well as organisational psychology, Paul works to create alignment across multidisciplinary and multicultural teams in order to accelerate delivery of business value.
Quang has more than 15 years experience in the Software Development industry. He has worked in eXtreme Programming, Scrum and Kanban environments with multiple Agile roles, from developer, scrum master, product owner, scaled agile product manager to agile coach.
His job is about building up an Agile Culture and a Happy Organization. He focuses on 3 agile levels in the company: Agile at the organization level, team level and at the individual level.
He is also a community organizer, has organized number of agile and tech conference, events; and has attended as a speaker in International Agile conferences in Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, Indonesia.
Laurent has a MSc in Software Engineering and a MSc in Entrepreneurship & Innovation, and 20 years of international experience in software engineering, digital transformation, and team coaching (in US, Europe and Singapore).
Laurent is passionate about innovation and entrepreneurship and is involved in the startup ecosystem in Europe and in Singapore, as well as mentor for start-up contests (Startup Weekend, Sprinters, …).
With a strong hands-on background in software development and project management, he has a proven track record in Agile Organization Transformation and Innovation management for large organisations (e.g.: BNP Paribas, ComfortDelgro, Air France, Amadeus, Modem Media Inc.) and for startups (Vivid Studios, Reador).
He shares his experience as an Innovation Consultant & Trainer specialised in Business Model Innovation, Lean Startup and Design Thinking.
Esther is a jack-of-all-trades. She holds several, essential roles in why innovation! As the Personal Assistant to the Managing Director, she handles his busy schedule, ensuring that meetings and trainings are managed properly. As the Human Resource manager, Esther’s roles extends to the entirety of why innovation! She helps drive and implement organisational change, overlooks company welfare, new employee onboarding as well as staying updated on government policy changes and much more.
An essential staff, Esther coordinates all of why innovation! consultants' work, including their robust training schedules, licenses for the myriad of tools they need to do their work and not forgetting the company-wide gatherings and events to keep up morale.

Thomas started his journey with a MSc in Software Engineering, working as Project Manager in Europe. He gradually built his skills to become Change Management enabler and Scrum Master, to become an Agile Coach.

With more than 13 years of International experience in large organisations from various industries (Insurance, Airlines, Bank), he has proven track records in Agile Organisational Transformation.
He is an active member of Change Management, Agile and Coaching Communities, sharing his experience and learning, always seeking to experiment new ways of working with Agile teams!
