As part of our Recruitment team, you will oversee recruitment for Wavestone in Asia for our different offices in Singapore, Hong Kong and Shanghai. In a highly competitive market, you will act as a trusted partner to the office management. You will bring added value to support our growth, implement our recruitment strategy and promote our employer brand in this region.

Job description

As such, your role will be based on two pillars:  

  1. First, management of the entire recruitment process for both young and experienced talents. In concrete terms, you will proactively identify innovative and efficient practices and be autonomous in the entire sourcing process (utilising social networks like LinkedIn, steering recruitment agencies, leveraging employees’ referrals or other relevant actions). You will conduct interviews, support the management team evaluating and selecting the right candidates and ensure the quality of the candidate experience. You will accompany the candidates with a personalised approach through regular feedback and steer the decision-making process until the employment contracts are closed. You will also follow-up their integration into our teams.  

  2. Managing the performance of the recruitment activity for Asia. You will closely follow the evolution of key indicators (transformation rate, acceptance rate, no-show rate) to steer the activity. You will be responsible for continuously improving the performance of the recruitment processes. You will take advantage of your proximity to the operational staff and the candidates by having an excellent perception of the evolution of the market. You will proactively propose to the management team actions to be taken to reach our recruitment objective. 

Your recruitment scope will evolve according to your performance and the growth of Wavestone in Asia. In addition to developing your recruitment know-how and agility, you will have the opportunity to work on recruitment projects outside of Asia, on development of the employer brand (campus management, recruitment events, etc.) and on HR activities for the offices in Asia.

Qualifications & work experience

With a bachelor’s in business, you have at least 3-years of successful experience in recruitment preferably in a Consulting firm.
