Course OverviewThis half-day workshop introduces participants to Agile. The first part of the session provides the attendees with basic understanding about Agile and helping top management assess the business benefits of Agile for their organisation. It introduces best practices of Agile organisation transformation. Challenges and traps are also addressed. During the second part of the workshop we discuss possible strategies for deploying Agile in the company specific context and identify possible first steps for moving forward with Agile adoption.
Course ObjectivesThis workshop introduces participants to Agile main concepts, values and principles; it engages attendees in understanding the main Agile frameworks so to help evaluating its possible benefits in their own context. It also helps attendees understand the challenges of agile adoption, the main strategies for transforming their organisation and their role, as leaders, in making their Agile journey successful.
