This training is intended for anyone who wants to have a basic understanding of Agile and Scrum. Participants typically include CEOs, CIOs, EPG/COE members, Portfolio Managers, Program Managers, Product Managers, Project Managers, Scrum Masters, Team Leads, Release Train Engineers, Business Analysts, Agile Coaches, Consultants, Change Agents, Solution or System Architects.
All are welcome to attend the course, regardless of experience.
However, the following prerequisites are highly recommended:
5+ years experience in software development, testing, business analysis, product or project management
