This course introduces participants to all the fundamental concepts of the Kanban method with in-depth exercises. Participants will learn how to initiate change with Kanban and bring in process improvements by identifying and addressing bottlenecks, prioritize, and initiate collaboration. We look at the benefits of Kanban compared to plan-driven approaches, particularly in complex projects with a lot of churn.
The course is based on an interactive approach in which trainees will learn how to be an effective software developer following the Kanban method. Exercises, case studies, and examples are used to assist the participants to develop the knowledge, skills, capabilities and insights needed to make the shift from the traditional software development practices to Lean Agile approach.
