Job Overview

In your role as a Business Development Manager your key objective is to open new accounts in multi-national companies in Asia and nourish the relationship with our existing clients. Playing a crucial role at the forefront of the work we do, you will learn directly from our consultants (and clients) the value we deliver.

Job description

You operate on both a strategic as well as tactical and operational level. Your key objective is to develop new business accounts for our agile transformation offer and digital innovation services. The role includes:

  • Conduct market intelligence/analysis to identify leads
  • Undertake preliminary sales work including cold call, lead qualification, sales meeting, proposal preparation
  • Build strong business relations with existing clients and strategic individual account plan to maximum account potential
  • Work with team to develop the relationship with the existing clients to meet their needs
  • Maintain CRM system and prepare sales report.

Qualifications & work experience

  • Minimum of 3-5 years work experience in sales/business development in consulting industry in Asia.
  • Experience in working with MNCs (experience in IT industry and Finance sector will be preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal & relationship skills with an entrepreneurial mind set
  • Contract negotiation.
