A few words about the facilitator: Daryl Chan
Daryl has over ten years of experience guiding businesses in applying an adaptive mindset towards strategic, technological and complex issues, as well as leading individuals and teams towards high performance. He has exposure across various industries and at all organisational levels in Australia and Asia, having spent his early career in business analysis and Lean at companies like General Electric, before moving into consulting for MNCs focusing on adopting Agile and innovation practices using a change-focused approach.
Daryl has run many training sessions in Hong Kong, from the Agile world (Professional Scrum Master, Kanban), the innovation world (innovation in large organisations, Design Thinking), as well as helping to bridge the gap for those new to these concepts (Agile for Project Managers, Systemic approach to Business Analysis).
