This is a development role for a candidate passionate about Agile who aims at transitioning to a full-fledged Agile consultant/coach with why innovation!
You will undergo a comprehensive training process together with a why innovation! consultant as your mentor. You will learn how to support people, teams and organizations transitioning to Agile ways of working using why innovation! Agile coaching framework. Through training and shadowing you will have many opportunities to interact with and learn from experienced consultants and coaches from why innovation!
You can expect to acquire hands-on experience alongside your mentor with client projects in preparation for your transition into a full consulting/coaching role.
We will work together to craft a plan suitable for you.
We are looking for practicing Scrum Masters or Product Owners with a minimum of five years' experience in software development who are ready to take the next step to become an Agile Consultant/Coach.
